Golf with a Purpose

Stonewall Golf CourseThe 2011 Golf with a Purpose! event at Stonewall on June 27, 2011 was a great success - netting close to $25,000 in support of Camphill Soltane! 48 golfers enjoyed the unparalleled vistas and challenges of Stonewall's Old Course, then convened back at the clubhouse for appetizers and drinks, dinner on the terrace, and a friendly putting competition.

Golfing team Scott Lewandowski and John Milron took top honors for the day with the best overall score, with Jeff Fogel capturing the "Closest to the Hole" award on Hole #17, and Maripeg Bruder and Mark Doughty taking the prizes for "Longest Drive", Women's and Men's Holes, respectively.

We wish to thank everyone who made this event possible, including our many golfers, sponsors, advertisers, event committee members (headed up by Dennis Duym), and host Ted Swinnerton.
